Welcome to the site for Whittingham Psychological Services. I offer a range of different services, including individual and group therapy, trainings and consultations. I am a psychologist licensed to practice in Ohio. I see clients and therapists in group and individual therapy, both in person and virtually. I also serve as a consultant and trainer, working nationally and internationally, mostly virtually, and occasionally in-person.​

If you are interested in psychotherapy, please follow the links at the top of this site that say "Psychotherapy". I provide therapy for a wide range of issues and run individual and group therapies for clients and therapists. I work thoughtfully to understand your concerns and work from a whole person perspective, looking at all the possible factors that could be impacting you. I will also use assessment tools collaboratively and sensitively, to help us better understand what brings you into therapy. We will look at strengths you bring, challenges you face, and explore options for therapy that make sense to you. We can then discuss whether the therapy services I offer are a good fit for you and if our schedules are going to work. ​​

Please see client portal for hours. Certain days are allocated for therapy sessions while others are for consultations and trainings. I work in-person and remotely.
